stu-homeas an employee with various cruise companies for 14 years.I started out as a bus boy in ´96´, on board Crystal Symphony´s World Cruise maiden voyage, from LA to LA. 6 years later, having worked my way up, I got to a Maitre d' position on board Carnivals Elation.
